StayAndGo Return & Refund Policy

At StayAndGo, we want customers to understand exactly what they are purchasing before placing an order. Because our products are specialty automotive accessories and may no longer be resalable once installed, used, tested, altered, or damaged, our return policy is intentionally limited.

Returns for Change of Mind

StayAndGo accepts returns only on products that are new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original unopened or resaleable packaging.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must not have been installed, mounted, activated, tested on a vehicle, modified, damaged, or otherwise used.
• All original components, accessories, instructions, packaging, and materials must be included.
• The product and packaging must be in condition suitable for resale as new.
• Proof of purchase from StayAndGo is required.
• The customer must receive return authorization from StayAndGo before shipping the product back.

Products that have been installed or used are final sale and are not eligible for return due to change of mind, buyer's remorse, preference, or compatibility issues that were disclosed on the product page before purchase.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for non-defective returns.

Original shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable.

StayAndGo is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

Restocking Fee

Approved non-defective returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee to cover inspection, handling, payment processing, packaging, and loss of resale value.

Any product returned with damaged packaging, missing components, evidence of installation, use, wear, modification, or other condition that prevents the product from being resold as new may be refused and returned to the customer without a refund.

Compatibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all compatibility information, product descriptions, installation requirements, photographs, videos, and specifications before ordering.

A return will not be accepted solely because a customer purchased the product for an incompatible vehicle or configuration when the applicable compatibility information was disclosed before purchase.

Defective or Damaged Products

A manufacturing defect is not considered a standard return.

If you believe your product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or malfunctioning due to a manufacturing issue, contact StayAndGo promptly with:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos and/or video showing the issue when reasonably necessary for diagnosis

StayAndGo may require reasonable troubleshooting or inspection before determining whether a product qualifies for warranty service or replacement.

Products determined to have a verified manufacturing defect will be handled according to the applicable manufacturer warranty or other warranty rights associated with the product.

Where appropriate, the remedy may include repair, replacement, replacement components, or another remedy available under the applicable warranty rather than a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for standard returns:

Products that have been installed or used; products damaged after delivery; products modified or altered by the customer; products missing components or original packaging; products purchased outside the applicable return period; products marked Final Sale; and products damaged because of misuse, improper installation, accident, abuse, unauthorized modification, or use inconsistent with the product instructions.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Refunds will not be issued before the return has been received and approved.

Shipping charges, return shipping costs, and applicable restocking fees are non-refundable except where otherwise required by law.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipment begins.

Once an order has entered fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return requirements above.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some products sold by StayAndGo may include a warranty provided by the original manufacturer.

Manufacturer warranty coverage, eligibility, exclusions, duration, and claim procedures are governed by the manufacturer's warranty terms.

StayAndGo may assist customers with identifying the appropriate warranty process, but manufacturer warranty claims may need to be handled directly with the manufacturer depending on the manufacturer's requirements.

Nothing in this Return & Refund Policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable consumer-protection or warranty law.
