StayAndGo Return & Refund Policy
StayAndGo sells specialty automotive accessories. Once a product has been installed, used, or tested, it cannot be resold as new. Review all compatibility information and specifications before ordering.
Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only when all of the following conditions are met:
- The product is uninstalled, unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging
- All original components, accessories, and instructions are included
- The return is requested within 14 days of delivery
- Valid proof of purchase is provided
- A return authorization has been issued by StayAndGo before the product is shipped back
Non-Returnable Items
The following are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Products that have been installed, used, tested, activated, or modified in any way
- Products with damaged, opened, or altered packaging
- Products missing any original components or accessories
- Products damaged after delivery
- Products purchased outside the 14-day return window
- Items marked Final Sale at time of purchase
Compatibility
Customers are responsible for verifying vehicle and product compatibility before ordering. Returns will not be accepted for compatibility issues when compatibility information was available on the product page at the time of purchase. Contact us before ordering if you are unsure.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee
- StayAndGo is not responsible for return shipments lost or damaged in transit — use a tracked, insured shipping service
Products returned with signs of use, installation, damage, or missing components will be refused and sent back to the customer at their expense without a refund.
Defective or Damaged Products
Contact StayAndGo promptly if your product arrives defective or damaged. Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos and/or video of the defect
StayAndGo may require troubleshooting or inspection before authorizing a resolution. Verified manufacturing defects will be resolved under the applicable warranty — which may include repair, replacement, or replacement components rather than a refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipment begins. Once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process above.
Manufacturer Warranty
Some products carry a manufacturer warranty. Coverage, exclusions, duration, and claim procedures are governed entirely by the manufacturer's terms. StayAndGo will assist in identifying the correct warranty process; however, some claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected. Refunds will not be issued prior to receipt. Shipping charges and restocking fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection or warranty law.
