StayAndGo Emergency Charging Release Tool

StayAndGo is a removable preparedness accessory designed for compatible Tesla/NACS DC Superchargers. It helps you complete the physical disconnect step from inside the vehicle after you have ended charging and used the vehicle’s normal Unlock Charge Port control.

Choose the correct version

• Model 3 / Model Y / 2022+ Model S/X: Standard version for supported North American charge-port hardware.
• Pre-2022 Model S/X: Version for the older compact charge-port hardware.
• Cybertruck: Cybertruck-specific version.

If you are unsure which version fits your vehicle, confirm the model year and charge-port hardware before ordering.

How it works

1. Attach StayAndGo to a compatible Tesla/NACS Supercharger connector before inserting it into the vehicle.
2. When you are ready to leave, end the charging session and use the vehicle’s normal Unlock Charge Port function.
3. After the vehicle releases the charge port, activate the mechanical release to complete the disconnect step from inside the vehicle.

Not designed for

• 72 kW Urban Superchargers
• Home or AC charging equipment
• Unverified non-Tesla vehicles or adapter combinations

Important use information

StayAndGo does not stop an active charging session or override a locked charge port. Always end charging and use the vehicle’s normal charge-port unlock control first. Never force a connector, defeat a charge-port lock, modify charging equipment, or use damaged equipment.

StayAndGo is a convenience and preparedness accessory. It is not emergency equipment, a personal-safety system, or a life-safety device. Compatibility and operation can vary by vehicle, model year, charge-port hardware, charger generation, software, adapters, and configuration.
